Ideal for surface treatment of high-temperature dust cloths, such as those used in coal mines and power plants, enhancing durability, wear resistance, and extending service life.
Glass fiber cloth (or needle felt) is combined with PTFE slurry and PTFE paste through dipping, shaping, and drying processes. This treatment improves the bonding of glass fiber (or needle felt) with PTFE film, resulting in better peel strength and increased air permeability after bonding.
