Automatic Uniformity Detecting Mechanism

Fully Automatic Solid and Liquid Feeding System

The system is highly maneuverable, allowing the feeding amount of sodium hydrosulfite to be set according to customer requirements. The solid powder feeding tank has a 300L capacity, with a rated feeding amount of 25 kg/h and no manual refilling required for up to 8 hours.

The liquid auxiliary feeding system, using micro-metering pumps, requires no manual adjustments and supports liquid supply ranging from 10L/h to 150L/h, saving 40% on costs. Electrical Control System

The PLC automatic control system can connect to the ERP system, offering data visualization and real-time monitoring. It allows machine speed to reach 100 m/min, and displays immersion chamber capacity and meters run, with alarms to quickly identify failure points.
