USES
This machine is primarily suitable for processing a variety of fabrics, including synthetic leather, PU, PVC, cotton, linen, polyester, nylon, acrylic, polypropylene, and other blended knitted fabrics. It is also effective for woven fabrics, dip cotton-silk fabrics, and substrates for glue laminating, color change, coating, bronzing, printing, and transfer printing. Additionally, it can be used for wrinkle fabric bronzing and laminating. This machine finds wide applications in industries such as clothing, home textiles, sofa fabrics, wide curtain cloth, wall fabric decoration, and more.
The machine is equipped with a new blade mechanism that allows for easy blade adjustments. The blade adapter can automatically swing left and right for enhanced versatility. The entire machine is operated under smart PLC control, ensuring ease of use. Depending on the production process, it can perform chromatic glue pressing, general bronzing, special bronzing, transfer printing, wrinkle laminating, and more.
