PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This machine is designed for finishing all types of natural and chemical fiber fabrics, knitted fabrics, and tufted fabrics. It is suitable for materials such as polyester blankets, artificial fur, wool, warp-knitted fabric, cashmere coats, ultra-soft short plush, velour, velvet, hot light fabrics, and flannel. The machine is equipped with two rubber supporting devices and two polishing rollers, with adjustable temperatures ranging from 100-200°C.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

· Features double heating rollers and a double rubber supporting system, offering enhanced efficiency.

· Equipped with a denser polishing roller containing six W-shaped grooves, increasing the contact area and time between the heating roller and the fabric pile.

· The combination of both vertical and horizontal rubber supporting systems enhances the machine's structure and improves cooling efficiency.

· The pressure, tension of the rubber supporting system, speed, and temperature of the heating rollers are all controlled by inverters, making the machine easy to operate and control.

· Comes with an automatic temperature controller that ensures precise temperature control, accurate to within 2°C.
