PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This machine is equipped with a polishing roller that has an adjustable temperature range of 100-200°C. It is suitable for finishing various types of natural and chemical fiber fabrics, knitted fabrics, tufted fabrics, artificial fur, wool, warp-knitted fabric, cashmere coats, ultra-soft short plush, velour, velvet, and hot light fabrics. After polishing, the fabric's surface achieves an enhanced finish.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

· The machine features a denser polishing roller with six W-shaped grooves, which increases the contact area and time between the heating roller and the fabric pile.

· The structure is optimized with a combination of vertical and horizontal rubber support systems, enhancing the scientific design and increasing the cooling space.

· The pressure, tension of the rubber support system, speed, and temperature of the heating roller are all controlled by inverters for easy operation and control.

· Equipped with an automatic temperature controller, offering high precision with temperature control accurate to within 2°C.
