PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This machine, based on the traditional brushing machine design, is equipped with air cylinders on each spiral rod. It comes with two default brushing rollers, with an option to customize the number of rollers to 4, 6, or more as needed. This machine offers an economical and practical solution for brushing the surface of knitted fabrics, twists, combed fabrics, blankets, and more.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

· Each brushing roller is equipped with an individual air cylinder, allowing for easy and precise adjustment of the roller's level and control.

· Features a simple structure for convenient installation and disassembly. It is environmentally friendly with low energy consumption.

· Each brushing roller is powered by two motors located on the rear side, and the distance between the brushing roller and the fabric guiding base can be adjusted via a spiral rod.

· The machine structure includes components such as a reducer, traction roller, fabric guiding roller, and a swinging frame for optimized performance.
