PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This machine is designed for smoothing the surface of napped woven and knitted fabrics, specializing in fabrics that require high-precision treatment. It works with materials such as wool, velvet, towels, blankets, cotton, plush, sofa fabric, flannel, coral fleece, polar fleece, ultra-soft Woolen fabric, and warp-knitted fabric. It is equipped with German Husch blades and shears, and a brushing roller is installed on the fabric output side to achieve the desired shearing effect.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

· Equipped with a Danfoss inverter to control fabric tension, providing stability and ease of use.

· Includes an automatic blade lifting device for easy cleaning and sharpening of the blade.

· The motor gear transmission uses a single frequency control motor for a simple structure and easy maintenance.

· Metal and seam detectors are installed, with automatic error alarms for safe and convenient operation.

· Fabric input, output, and swinging motions are each controlled by individual inverters, making fabric tension easy to manage.

· The angle between the circular and flat blades can be adjusted precisely using a digital measurer.

· The angled touch screen control panel is ergonomically designed.

· An optional brushing roller is available.
